Custom Kydex

We offer full service kydex sheath construction for both custom and commercial blades/tools. We strive for a minamilist design with a focus on every day carry and concealment.

We pride ourselves on functionality, quailty control and attention to detail. Our capabilites include heat and cooling control throughout the thermoplastic forming process, best availbale eyelet rolling tools, thermoplastics and hardware. No product leaves the shop without a proper inspection for fit and function.

Lead time vary depending on build specifics and if new molds/tooling are required. Typically we will have your sheath/blade back to you within 15 working days.

Unique kydex prints outside solid colors are available at an up charge.
